  • How do I place my order?
    To place your order, follow these steps :
    • Browse through our catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).
    • ‘In My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or go to shopping cart to proceed to checkout.
    • To shop with us you can either log into your shopsyshop account or simply continue as a guest user.
    • Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

 

  • How will I receive my Order?
    We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

 

  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    Orders in India are delivered within 7 - 8 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

 

  • How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?
    We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.

 

  • Payment mode :
    We accept payments made by Cash on delivery,credit/debit cards and net banking.
    Credit cards
    We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
    Debit cards
    We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
    Internet banking
    you can make payment using your bank's Internet Banking service. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

 

  • Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
    All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

 

  • Why cash on delivery is not applicable at my location ?
    It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always option for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.

 

  • Are there any hidden charges ?
    There are NO hidden charges when you shop with us You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary. Delivery charges may be extra. 50 rs delivery charges are applicable for the order amount below rs 499. Any order above 499 rs will be shipped free.
